The move tool seems to come on when I use the select tool, either from the toolbar or the menu, so I can't select anything, only move it. This happened after I selected an image using the rectangular select and cropped it. Thereafter, all select tools appear as the move tool. Unfortunately I have followed all your steps and when I go to https://api.del.icio.us I get the first dialog box popping up about running Javascript files but no second dialog box asking for my user name and password. The page loads and says "Loading your del.icio.us bookmarks...." and then that message vanishes but I am left with empty tables and no bookmarks. What you describe is a bug in the underlying GIMP version that has long been fixed in the regular GIMP for Windows. If you search the help files or FAQ on the gimp site, you'll find a solution. But I would rather advise you to get the regular GIMP since it has moved on quite a bit. There are a lot of new features and other improvements (e.g. to the interface). Go get it at gimp.org!
